1. No Tracking Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies, pixels, or third-party marketing scripts. This is why you didn't see an annoying cookie banner when you arrived.

We only collect the information you explicitly provide to us:

Suggestions: Anything you type into our "Ideas" form is sent to us via email.
Newsletter: If you sign up, we store your email address solely to send you Bay Pong updates.

To keep the site running, we use a few trusted services that handle data on our behalf:

Vercel: Hosts our website and processes technical logs (like IP addresses) for security and performance.
Leaflet & OpenStreetMap: Used to display table locations. This open-source setup is privacy-friendly and does not share your data with third-party advertisers.
Resend: Powers our "Ideas" page. When you send a suggestion, Resend securely routes that email to our team.
Mailchimp: Manages our community newsletter and stores subscriber emails on encrypted servers.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.
